Hello,
I am a Girl Scout leader. Our cookie baker has developed a website where older girls can enter the email addresses of friends and neighbors, and send them an ecard in which they can click on an imbedded link to send in a cookie order.
Unfortunately, when I tested this by sending it to myself, the ecard went to my Junk Mail folder when I had the filter option set to High (when it is set to Low, the ecard does go to my inbox).
How can we determine what it is about the ecard that is triggering the Junk Mail filter when it is set to high, in order to modify it so that it does not trigger the junk mail filter? I am hoping that this can be done by modifiying the subject line or graphics etc. Since the ecard comes via the bakers email address - noreply@
it's not an issue that could be resolved by the recipients safe sender list.
thanks
