my father uses ntl for his internet so for example his email is **REMOVED**. He sends me an email and I press reply in windows mail and his name "changes" to **REMOVED**
Now when i reply to him ( not a new, fresh message ) and send my message it comes back undelivered. I have to ALWAYS delete the address and reinsert the ntl one which is a pain as i sometimes forget. The problem isnt my end as my brother has the same problem sending to my father. He uses vista and presumably windows mail that came with it.
Any clues on how to resolve this please,thanks.
