Windows mail not working

Windows mail was working fine untill cable modem had to be replaced. Now it doesn't work and getting these error messages. uSING vISTA BASIC
PLEASE HELP

First make sure that all your setting are correct, port numbers etc. If that does not help, I would uninstall and then install it again. It can be uninstalled from the control panel,... programs. If you are agreeable to my suggestion, it might be wise to back up everything (especially the mail), before uninstalling.
