Solved Text size will not change using IE8

Windows Vista Home Premium X64, IE 8, dial-up internet

When downloading files I cannot get the text size to change using the
View text size.

My windows updates are up to date.

It used to work, I don't know if I have something set wrong on one of the updates has stopped it from working.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How are you trying to change the text size? Good starting point, I think

I open VIEW in the tool bar, scrll down to TEXT SIZE then select a size.

It stays the same size all the time.

Text size found the problem

I found the answer from one of the older posts in the public area.

I had cleared all the check boxes under Accessability in Internet Options.

This has been bugging me for a couple weeks.
