Can you download ie7 on Vista Home Premium OS?

Any suggestions on where to download ie7 to Window's Vista.
Microsoft is so caught up in ie8 / windows 7 but I need ie7 on my Home Premium Vista laptop.

I believe Vista Home Prem comes with IE 7 already installed. Mine did.

IE7 is preinstalled on Windows Vista. You may have upgraded to IE8 however. You can find Internet Explorer by going to Start > All Programs > Internet Explorer

    Main Machine. Just upgraded my RAM to 8GB. Next task will be to get a new processor for this machine ( 9650 was for my secondary machine )
IE8 is faster, and safer than IE 7. It is also compatible with more sites than any other browser. If you are concerned with the way IE 8 will interact with sites you are visiting, you will be pleased to hear about a new feature that comes with IE 8 called Compatibility Mode which allows you to view sites as they would appear in IE 6 or IE 7, with the added security and speed of IE 8.
