Solved Livemail opens all messages, so can't organise them by subject

Having just upgraded to Windows 7 and Live mail, I'm finding all my messagse now open individually on receipt, so preventing me from saving them and organising according to subject. I can only Delete them or consign them as 'Junk' Why are they not listed on receipt under their subject headings like IE7. I've looked for ways of adjusting layout, so far unsuccessfully. Having sent them to Junk folder, see them listed under subject, but as soon as I store them in folders and open the folder I'm back to full read and can't see the other saved messages. There's got to be a simple answer to this? So appreciate some advice as Mail handling is important to me for keeping records of progress etc.

Hi Richard,
I knew it must have been simple - thanks worked a treat. Having looked at each of those options in Layout, I didn't spot the ticked check box in read pane. How it got activated is beyond me. Thanks

You have been here for a while. You know we help each other because no one can

be prepared for everything.

That pane is activated by default.

I, for one, like it.
