You have damaged files. The easiest way to fix is to do a system restore. In lieu of that you can try this first.
Type cmd in search, do not hit enter. Right click on cmd and then run as administrator
In cmd type sfc /scannow. If that does not work, I would bite the bullet and just do a system restore.
Of course, you could uninstall and install the mail client, again.
