Hi everyone,
Several months ago I began having problems printing a web page from Internet Explorer on my Samsung Printer. The error message is consistently - "Before you can print, you need to select a printer. If you need to install a printer, either double click the Add Printer or Find Printer button..." I click on Find Printer and all of my printers come up except the Samsung. Just for kicks, I choose my Epson to see what happens and then I get the message that "The Local Printer Spooler is not running." I don't have trouble printing from any other Microsoft Application. I could use your help. Thank you.
