Moving Windows Mail Storage Folder - registery

Hi Folks, I run my system with a secure virtual disk which I open when using the computer and close before shutting it down. I would like to store all of my emails here as it is much more secure than the windows password/security systems. HOWEVER, when I try to change it in Tools it will only allow me to store on the default drive. Do I need to change the registery and if so can somebody steer me through please? Many thanks, Cal.

on tools> mail setup > click on data files and the location to where to save your emails.. and browse to that drive and set it as default..
