I keep getting popups rogueware

When ever i go on internet, i keep getting these rogueware popups. They install bythemselves even when i click no. i tried scanning with iobit security and it says that it deleted but those things keep coming back again. plz help on how to block. the name of the rogueware is some xp smart security crap.

It is Adware Katokato, you cannot block them, they are infected files on your machine. You have to remove them manually. Malware removal software does not always detect them when they are attached to a valid key as a added value.

that method didnt work, maybe im just gonna use system restore and then install avast to keep my computer safe. thanks for the help
