Hello!
I noticed this in both internet explorer 7 and 8. I always have to rearrange my yahoo toolbar and Norton Internet Security tool bar everytime I open a new browser, even though the toolbar is locked. it displaces/unravels, causing 2 or 3 horizontal top rows of tool bars. Any solution to keep them in its place? A preferred single top horizontal row for greater view of webpages.
