Can anyone please explain why the e-mails from one of my regular contacts has suddenly become SPAM and are automatically being sent into my junk folder?...this has only happened over the last few days and I've checked all my settings and they are still okay. I don't have any problem when receiving any of my other contact e-mails .

I already had my contact down in my 'safe senders' list, but since your reply I've removed it from list and re-entered it in there and now the problem looks as if it's been rectified as I received an e-mail from them this morning which went straight into my Inbox instead of into the Junk Mail folder...I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Since sorting out the e-mail problem at my end it appears that my contact can't now receive any e-mail from me. She is on Windows 7 and has the same Windows Mail provider and SMTP/POP3 server as me. Have you any suggestions why this should be ? - she has me on her 'safe sanders' list, and we've only had this problem between us over the last week or so.

well windows mail sucks anyways so get a diffrent email there is plenty of free ones out there.well anyways set her to safe list and tell her to set you to safe list and turn your spam off on yours and hers or you could set them to be sent to there own folder instead of inbox or to spam box.
