help please, 32bit IE not working

hi folks,

my internet exsplorer 32 bit isnt working,
64 bit works fine.

i have done some research and suposedly a program called asustek isnt letting me use 32 bit IE.

i suposedly need to delete or disable this file ( HsMgr.exe 32 )

i cant fine asustek or hsmgr.exe 32 on my computer anywhere, is it a hidden file?

any help much apreciated.

my computer is a dell inspiron 1545, vista home dition i think. its a laptop

We need more information (as much as possible) and your System Specs. We need to know particularly what is happening to your Internet Explorer, what version of Internet Explorer you are using, and what is the make of your motherboard and sound card (if not integrated)

HsMgr.exe (32-bit) and HsMgr64.exe (64-bit) are services that provide the GX2.0 features.

Under Vista, they also enable Directsound 2D/3D/EAX for applications, so it is not a good idea to disable any of them.

On older drivers, these files were named CMGxMon.exe and CMGxMon64.exe.

Therefore, please explain to us the exact problem you are having, and why you are accusing HsMgr.exe.
