Can't Read .pdf Attachments in Windows Mail

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate. When I attempt to read a .pdf attachment in Windows Mail I end up with the message "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel". I am using Adobe Reader Version 9.3.3. and have no trouble reading other .pdf files outside of Windows Mail. I have tried the 'Set your default programs' and the 'Associate a file type or protocol with a program' in the Default Programs, but with no avail.

    Please help me!!

From our fourms, some suggestions. I would go with Brink

PDF association in WinMail or Windows LIVE MAIL on VISTA
