I can't create a functional email account

Hey guys Im triying to creatte a new account on windows live mail. but it doesnt work. Belive me I have tried EVERYTHING! and it does not work. My hotmail account is working fine on windows live mail but when I creatte the new aacount with other domain it does not work. Let me tell you that when I use this account via web page (https://login.secureserver.net/index.php?app=wbe) I can connect with no problems but not with windows live mail

The other thing that I have encounter is that I cant intall limewire, ares, google earth etc etc programs of this type. I dont know waths happening and I need help.

I Heres the error that apears as soon as I try to get my e-mail via windows live e-mail

In addition to the sage advice just given, be sure that all settings are correct. Go to the website of your email provider to check for settings, not just port numbers, but all. In some situations to send mail, the ISPs information must be used for smpt The port may be blocked to stop spam.
