Uninstall IE8 and re-install.
Windows Update-> Installed updates, right click Windows Internet Explorer8 and uninstall.
Download and install IE8 from here:Internet Explorer 8: Worldwide sites

How can i Uninstall IE8 in vista, it is not displaying in Uninstall or Change a program
please let me know that path from where i can Uninstall IE8.

Click start orb, Windows Update, click Installed Updates(bottom left corner) then right click Windows Internet Explorer8 and uninstall. HTH.

actually there is not very much problem in your ie but you can try to disable all the add-ons within and try to restart your ie, I also get this problem lately but it is no big deal
