I have a desktop that runs outlook express - xp
Then my laptop runs windows mail - vista

Using same email address with both but not all the mail comes through on my laptop as it does on the desktop

Do you have your account stup to retreive all the mail to the XP machine and not leave it on the server and on the Vista machine leave the mail on the server? Dod you always check your mail on the XP pc first?

Yes xp was the first computer we bought
no i don't suppose our computers are set up - can you please walk me through this or do i need to call my isp?

I have checked both computers and they both have the check mark in the box to leave messages on the server.
I received 5 emails this morning and none of them showed up on my laptop only the desktop.
What can i do now? Is windows mail the only mail you can use with vista?

Try this. Disable your email protection on the laptop, reboot and let us know what happens. What aint-virus program do you use on both machines?
