Cannot help you WITHOUT the ACTUAL error message. Error code covers vast area, practically useless.
Post the error message in its entirety. Please do not do it in your own words. Must be verbatim.
Please cover up your e-mail address if it is part of the error message. The rest must be " as is ".

Are you using Hotmail ?

You gave me 2 error codes ...
0x 80048820
0x800448
None of them are correct.
Knowledge Base can't find references of such error codes.
