window mail popup message problem

hi .i have a problem with my vista window mail .
since 2 weeks now when i reply to a email and send pictures attactment i get that popup .some pictures will be send and some will not be send .but the thing you dont really know .
so do you know what is causing this .here is the picture of the popup

here is what i did .i restore back to the 7 of dec .redone all my update again .
but i still get the popup .
i did send pictures to my daugther .and she said that she receive all my pictures even with the popup showing when i click send .
so i just don't know what is that am getting that popup anyway .
fisrt time since i use a computer .and i do send a lot of email in one day .never had that problem .
