Accessing The Pop Settings

I am having a difficult time getting into a specific email account so I can change the server settings. I added a new hotmail account to my live mail program and allowed the program to automatically set the pop info. But when I try to send a message it doesn't recognize the setting (553). But I'll be darned if I can find out how to get to that account's server info page. And what should those server settings be? Please give specific instructions? I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium.

You do not have the most up to date client, which is Windows Live Mail 2011,
but look for accounts (probably on top) properties and then accounts
