email ( inbox) disappear

Hello

I Have all my email ( in inbox) disappear ( read or unread) after a while. ( sometime 5mn, sometime 25mn...). I use this program for the last 2 years, never have this problem
PC HP, Vista Home, Window Mail

Run a full antivirus scan
Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes
I do not think the above two tests are the answer, but we have to be sure before moving on.
This test will give you the answer. I think its the Anti Virus
