    Seperate accounts in windows mail

    Hi I thought i used to have windows mail to control my email accounts but recently after restoring my laptop back to factory, i downloaded windows mail, added my accounts but they all come into one inbox as pic 1 (attatched) but they used to and i would like them to look at pic 2

    could anyone let us know how to get back to pic 2 ?

    Welcome,
    You need to reset rules.
    Go to rules and set up directions such as; if "from" contains xxxx goes to "xxxx folder etc.

    Jack,
    Your screenshot #2 is a Windows Live Mail setup. Not a Windows Mail setup.
    Windows Mail does not have Quick Views at Folder List.

    If you want Windows Live Mail installed, which will give you separate Inbox for each e-mail account as shown on pic #2......
