Windows Mail Blocking

I recently reported a scammer in Australia and told the scammer that I had reported them.

Since then they have not ceased to send me no less than 150 emails a day blocking up my online server mail box.

I have placed a message rule on the scammers email telling my WM to "do not download this email from server". This works as the emails dont come to my inbox but they do go to my servers online webmail box and clog it until I can get home to download them.

When I do start to download my mail, it takes ages and the box looks like the attachment supplied. I know its the scammer mail being loaded even though it does not come to me anymore.

I also keep getting messages from Virgin (my server) telling me my online inbox is full and I need to relieve it. I rang them and they said my online webmail doesnt have the facility to block emails from anyone. I could not belive this as they also said they could not block it?

My question is therefore, is there something I can do in WM to stop this - I'm really outa options.

Call your server, ask for a new email address and new password.
Notify your associates and relatives of your new address.

That is the only thing you can do.
You could report to the police, but unless you have proof of being scammed etc, I doubt that they can or will do anything.

I agree, change your email address. It is easy to do.
In fact I do not even use the email addy that was given to me by my providor. It was my feeling that once spammers get hold of it I would get a lot of spam. I use one of the many great free alternatives. I have been using the German GMX, it is free and works problem free. They have a server, I think in PA, through a USA sub.

Then follow the advice of T-4-2 and just change the address via your provider.

I am a retired private Investigator and have worked cases like this before, save everything that is being sent to you and I mean everything. Then take it to the nearest FBI office where you live and tell them everything also keep dates and times. I live in Arizona and worked a case in Michigan and it took a while before we had enough info and the fed's did a great job and caught everyone envolved and they went to jail. Sinse computers are used etc it is now a federal issue. If you need more info or need to ask questions then please PM me do not do it in open forum. LOL

Thanks but I need this issue dealt with sooner rather than later - that is a long and drawn out process of prosecution and courts - its just spam for goodness sake.

Besides, how is it that when I send an email to someone who doesnt want it it comes back rejected? is this persons emails going back to them rejected after my WM rejects it?

Also, if my online server is filling up and I download it all and it gets rejected, then why is it back there within the next 10 minutes downloading all over again? Surely they are not sending these emails every 10 minutes? Do I have to leave it for a few days in order for the server to reject it? How do I get them to receive a rejection message?
