this is the error i was getting .
but i did fix it last night .
all i did was to change .this here [directory service [ldap] to 389 .that was it .
i do not remenber what was the number but it was 638 .some like that .
now every thing is fine .
i am using only one account .
on vista i use window mail .on window 7 i use window live mail .
but i never use window 7 .i hate the look of it .task bar .
all i do is go on it to download the update that it .
thank you all for your help .i did try wmutil .did not work .you guy gave the link of it a long time ago .i use a year ago and it did fix my email problem .but not this time .i thing that it only fix email that are stuck in the outbox .

thank brink .but in my post above i mention that i did fix my problem last night by unchecking the box [this server requires a secure connection [ssl].
take look at the picture

this is all i did and it fix my problem .
i had 5 email stuck in my outbox and they all when after i did that .
i fine this extange because i did try that way back with the same problem and never did fix my problem then .why that it fix now .i have no clue at all .

by the way i did a full scan last night using malwarebytes .it took about 40 minutes and did not find any thing on a full scan .

but you know one thing .every 2 to 3 months the same problem come up .why i don't know .but usely i have to call my provider to get it fix .
