Hi all. I am here again trying to get my friends windows mail to work. Here is the deal my friend has windows Vista basic and her windows mail has had issues. I have put in all the right data for Charter such as the serve ect. Well she can send mail but for what ever reason she can not receive the mail she needs it cuts off or something then I get this error.
ERR An authentication mechanism must be entered port 110 secure (SSL:no,server Error ox800ccc90 Error number OX800ccc18)
What does this mean???? Help!
