This is my first time porting here, so be gentle, pls. :-)
I've just reinstalled Vista 64-bit on my dear old Dad's HP laptop. I was able to retrieve most of his data from an old backup drive but am unable to restore his emails.
He's using MSMail. When I try to open the old messages, I get "message locked or in use".
Can anyone help?
