Help My web does not want to work!

Hi All I am having a problem now with e browser it keeps wanting to crash.. I get this thing that pops up and says the web wants to open a page. Well Duh!

Then I wanted to download Firfox it wont let me! It says I have to have the Administrator open it. Then it asks for a password I do nto have a password on here. I cannot download anything with this browswer now either.

I am frustrated.Can anyone help??

I had it in the shop and every since then I have had a hard time. Firefox had a glitch so I had to uninstall it and now I cannot even reinstall it. Not sure that will work.
