Trying to make a group distribution list, but when I go to contacts the command line only contains: Organize, email, and burn. I can not find how to add to the command line of Contacts. Any Help?

I checked out your response, but still have the problem on the command line. Looking at the snap shot under "Contact Groups in Windows Mail", Section One, #3 (To Delete a Contact or Contact Group), you see the command line which has "Organize, Views, Open, Email, New contact, New Contact Group, etc.", is my problem. My command line only has "Organize, Email, and Burn". I am trying to figure out how to add to or change the Command Line.

So far have been unable to locate a view or tool bar that will let me change the commands. Any Idea??

Thanks for the help. It worked. I don't know how many times I opened this without noticing it was set to "Documents" instead of contacts. They always say, the simplest way to hide things is to put them in plain sight.

Thanks again. It makes life much simpler when you don't have to scroll through all your contacts to select a few.

Much appreciation...
Rick

LOL, "the simplest way to hide things is to put them in plain sight" - I know that only too well...!! All the best.
