online videos not playing

Last night I clicked on a link in my WebMD newsletter, which I've been getting for ages. It was a video and it would not play. I tried another WebMD newsletter with a video link and the same thing.

Today I clicked a link in a newsletter I received from LastPass and was going to watch an instructional video. It would not play.

I went to YouTube to see if their videos would play, and there doesn't seem to be a problem there. I clicked on some links I had kept from attachments sent to me that had videos and the ones I selected played.

I went to Amazon and played a video on Command Hooks and that worked.

So can anyone tell me why the first two instances I mentioned would not work?

I'm using Firefox 11.

It really sounds like a WedMD issue.

However the asthma video on their site just worked for me.
Have you tried their site?

This situation started yesterday and continued today. Since I posted this I tried again and this time the videos played so I guess they must have gotten it straightened out.

I tried the LastPass instructional video too, and that also played.

Thanks!!!
