This showed in RED at the top of my emails last night:

If the activity below doesn't look like yours, change your password immediately Change your password immediately.

When checking the log this is what I found. UNKNOWN United States(IA) (netins.net 207.32 17.45) Another pop3 United States NC (137 118 25.5)

I changed my password with my IP and it is active now. pop3 is still showing on the log. This Is Google App ( I do not like this service or program) provided by my IP Yadtel.net our local phone and internet service. I have Vista 32. Is this something to be concerned about or is it another of Google's ploy to get me to make changes?

Thanks
Nancy

If it was from Google (GMail) it was a warning that someone was trying or did use your e-mail account.
I have received warnings about people trying to access my mail and now use Googles second level of security.
This will send your cell phone a code to put in once then if you use any other computer you will get a code sent to you.
If you use the same computer each time you will only get a code once a month.
If anyone else tried to access your account you would know as a code would be sent to you.
