Welcome
The ISP of your friend has decided that your email ( the email provider, not you) sends too much spam, it is being blocked by your friends ISP. You can TRY to overcome the problem, by your friend putting your addy in the safe mail designation.

My friend has Outlook 6 for email and does not have a junk email folder. There is no "add sender to safe senders list".

How to I overcome this?

You can go to the actual website and add to the safe list. For example if your email provider is GMail, set it up at the GMail Site.

To make my prior post clear. You must set it up at your friends email website.

I do not understand your reply.

I thought that as it is my friend who is not receiving my emails (Windows mail) then it is her computer (Outlook 6) who has to allow my emails to a safe senders list (which she does not have).

Do you want me to add my email address to my safe senders list?

What I am saying is that your friend has to go to her email website and add you to the safe senders list.
Also
Delete her address from your address list. Have her send you an email. Then add her to contacts. Dont do it manually. We want to be sure that you have her address correct.

What email does your friend use? This is not Outook. It is something like Gmail, or Yahoo Mail or ATT ISP.

It appears, that she has a safe senders list in Outlook, which she can use in addition to making the change at the website.

After all this is done and there is still a problem, the email provider has to be contacted. Her email provider.

It turns out that I had a virus.
I run a quick scan every day which says there are no viruses.
When I ran a full scan it found a virus from downloading "How to play chess for beginners" which I deleted.
Emails are now getting through to my friend. :)

Thank you for help.
