A few days ago out of nowhere, can't POP incoming sbc email. Out going ok and other accts ok. Message is Ox800CCCOF - firewall issue. What to do? I tried syst resore and off/on computer. Nothing worked.

1. Error code is almost useless by itself because it covers VAST scenarios.
Please repost the actual error message in its entirety..... verbatim.
2. Check your anti-virus program. See if it has e-mail scanning option, and if yes, see if it is enabled.
If yes to both, disable e-mail scanning option.
