IE9/Vista HP, all pages suddenly opening to only half size, i.e. bottom is half way down the screen. Restore Down expands it for the current session, but each new page opens as described. Any help would be appreciated.

Try these tricks
Go to search by the start button.
Type internet exporer
Properties
Run window maximized
The for a few times, if problem continues, stretch out the screen and then hit the maximixe square upper right, before closing.

Hello Rich. I followed your instructions but IE Properties only has one tab - General - with no facility to "Run Windows Maximised" as you advise doing. Howver I stretched the window anyway and maximised it and all browser windows are now full size. I'm no wiser, but you have fixed it, so many thanks once again.
