no emails in my inbox

hi everyone

All of my incoming e-mails are going into my junk e-mail folder, can anyone tell me how to get my incoming e-mails back into my inbox.

This does not sound like its due to your email. I think that some software (probalby your Anti Virus) has an email filter system, to stop spam. You may want to look into those settings. What AV, are you using?

I also need to know what email service. Is it Google Mail etc or your own ISP mail service?

If you really have Windows mail, the first thing that I would do is change to the most current, Windows Live Mail 2011.
After you do that, if you still have the problem, when you see all of your incoming mail folders (page that receives the mail) on the top you see junk, click on that. Then go to safety options, make sure you are set to low.
