I have a folder that spam goes into at my ISP e-mail site. When I open that, I can select an e-mail that the system thinks is spam and tell it that the e-mail is not spam. That usually stops this problem. Unfortunately, I can't get into my road runner e-mail right now and don't have time to go through the motions to fix it so, I can't say if road runner has the same option.

I called Time Warner and they said to write to their spam manager, which I did and I never heard from him or noticed any change... thanks for your help. I'll give you a good rating.

I've been working on the house for a few weeks and am now getting ready for vacation. I'll try to get my road runner account working shortly and see what happens in regards to your question.
