Windows Mail freezes and crashes on 'catch all' email addresses.

I recently migrated my Windows Mail profile, messages, and identity to a new system and all but one aspect is working correctly.

Email server setup: I have my own domain and use emails handles tailored to the site I'm using to keep track of where the emails are coming from (i.e. [email protected], [email protected], etc) and the web server then forwards all of those emails to my main account ([email protected]).

Problem: Since the migration, Windows Mail will download all the messages without any problems, but, crashes each and every time I try to forward or reply to an email sent to one of those made up email handles. The only emails it will allow me to reply to or forward are those sent to the installed account ([email protected]).

I assume this has to be due to Windows Mail being confused on the reply to account, but, I'm not sure where or how I would fix this. Any suggestions?

Still looking for a permanent solution, but, found a temporary fix....

To reply to or forward those messages, I have export the message, delete the email, and them import it back into Windows Mail.
