Solved Rep Power?

I was wondering how to update my rep power. It shows in my user CP that I have 13 points but in posts shows I have 1.

You can't modify your rep power yourself. The 1 is your rep power, while the 13 is rep you've received. Here's a little info on it in this:http://www.vistax64.com/general-discussion/118651-forum-rules.html#post785005
