so what is the next badge supporters can expect or work for after getting the "supporter" and "VIsta Guru" badge..?

Rep based, there are none above Guru.

I think that the next significant badge to look forward to, is for your post count, gold member. There are not many that have one. With that you are awarded a FNG badge which you keep until someone else earns gold. FNG=Fine New Gold, is what they told me.
