Whats this error?
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

It's symonymous with "a driver attempted to access memory that is currently off limits."

Your (ancient) Realtek NIC driver is the very likely culprit:

Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rtlh64.sys
Image name: Rtlh64.sys
Timestamp: Tue Sep 26 21:20:23 2006 (45190CF7)

Upadte that driver and the problem should go away. If not, upload the minidump(s) from any subsequent crash, and the situation my become clearer.

Hello kikidee. My suggestion to the OP to update Rtlh64.sys stems from its apparent involvement in the crash. It's certainly a good idea to update drivers periodically, but there's no need to lose sleep over it unless a driver is causing substantial problems, such as in this case.
