Hi Ken,
I don't know how to zip the minidump files. I've never done it before, thanks for your response.

Im sorry by zipping I mean compress the file using a utility like winzip. if you dont have one you can try to upload it as is, but it may not let you. at some point you are going to need a zipping utility, but if you can upload the dump file without it go ahead

btw welcome to vistax64

Hi Ken,
Thank you for your reply. I did try to compress those minidump files into zip files by using winzip and 7-zip software, but I got error..the files are read-only. I have a whole bunch of minidump files which I don't know how to open/read or interpret them. Are there any other ways to submit those file to you?

Yes, he was explaining how to in his previous post. Right click the dump file, and choose the Send To... option. Choose Zip (compressed folder) it will make a folder with a zipper on it. Move the zip folder to the desktop then upload it here. :)

Thanks CrucialHoax, I Changed a couple of memory sticks inside my PC and the problem seems to go away for the time being. Btw, when I tried to zip those dump files by right click and chose send to..I got error
file not found or no read permission. :)

Might want to copy and paste the dump to the desktop. Then try to zip it up :)
