so the clean boot worked?

now you need to go to start , all programs , acessories then click run

in the box type msconfig and hit return

look under the startup tab you'll notice all your startup items are unchecked (this was done in the cleanboot procedure)

now you need to check one of these (one at a time) then click apply then ok , you will be prompted to reboot , you must reboot each and every time , repeat this procedure every reboot (selecting the next startup item) till it crashes again and you'll have your culprit

if nothing comes of the startup items select the SERVICES tab put a check in the "hide all microsoft services" box and repeat the ubove procedure till it screws up

let us know what item , startup prog is causing your issue its most likely you can just leave it turned off or uninstall the offending program

Oh and get us that dumpfile up so we can look at it ;)

Lets make sure that your machine is set to create a dump file.

start search > type sysdm.cpl > hit enter > accept the UAC prompt > go to the Advanced tab > find Start up and Recovery > click Settings > does it state that upon system failure it will create a kernel memory dump or a small memory dump?

Post the results please :)
