I have the same problem and those are the files that are culprit and I have just recently updated all my drivers so maybe you should do that also lets see if that works.

    well yeah
Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini111909-02.dmp
    C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-78218-0.sysdata.xml
    C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Temp\WERC7A1.tmp.version.tx

this is what the WERC7A1.TMP.VERSION.TX FILE had in it :

    LCID: 1033

those two files r in the same directory and whenever they get their I get BSOD and when i recover back i get that same thing "files that help you is this" and I delete them. But I am on service pack 2 not 1. Their are some difference but overall its same the problem files r same.
