randomly my computer will blue screen and it doesnt always give me an error message

one of the error messages was like, 0x0000000A
idk the rest but there was like 5 different ones, and also like when i go to watch videos on Crunchyroll.com the videos will freeze and i will have to refresh the page, or they will load really slowly and lag alot and i never used to have this issue
