Blue screen mini dump help!

Hello VistaForums enthusiests, I was wondering if anyone here is willing to look at a memory dump file that my cpu left after it gave me the blue screen of death last night. Any help would me much apreciated. I will place a link with the dump file at the end of this post.

normally blue screens are the result of new hardware or software (or even updated drivers, software or firmware on your pc becoming corrupt) so as a last resort go and do a system restore, but first uninstall any new hardware, software, firmware or drivers from your system and reinstall with the latest patches, drivers etc.
If it keeps doing it then system restore your pc

I have System restore turned off (I've known viruses to use it to own your cpu) and I haven't installed anything new.

no viruses cannot really do anything to your CPU, and it is always good to have it on. download Avira if you are really scared about viruses and scan daily. But please try my suggestions with the hardware, software, firmware etc.

Ok thanks. I'm just worried bc I have another laptop that did the same thing constantly for about 3 days and now it doesn't power on anymore

That's pretty hardcore, send it back to the manufacturer. Maybe its the PSU or the power adapter. a reinstall and a bios update often helps.

Yeah its the motherboard I'm sure i've tested bout everything else. Warrenty went out like a week ago too, goes to show you ppl are just out to screw you these days.

Im with you there, that's why Ive found desktops self built are the solution, each individual part has a 3 year warranty.
