Blue screen error, comp doesnt want to shutdown
Can anyone help me????? I'm not very computer literate. When I try to shutdown my comp it just reboots and gives me an error message. I tried disabling the Nvida driver but it still doesnt work. I also tried to restore my comp to an earlier date but that has failed. If anyone knows a solution to this problem please reply. Thanx

Re: Blue screen error, comp doesnt want to shutdown
Have a look at some of the old errors on your computer to see if this sheds any light;
Left Click on Start Menu.
Right click on Computer and choose manage.
Click on the event viewer.
You now have loads of options to try and pin down what is happening.
Expand the error tab.
Look for things in the last 24 hours.

Only nortons. After I look at events viewer there are 2 critical errors called Kernel-power. Do you know what this is and how I fix it. I'm not very computer savvy.
