Hi everybody,
First off I want to say that I no experience in sorting out computers before so please patient with me. I have an issue with my computer and its been happening for a few months now. I would be able to log onto my computer just fine then all of a sudden it just crashed on me. A blue screen came up with white writing and it said something about dump files but then it disappeared from the screen so quickly that i didnt have the chance to write anything down. it the goes to the hp boot menu then it crashes again and does the whole thing again, and again and again for like 10 times in a row. I left it off for a few hours then I tried again it started up this time and then a message came up once I logged in and all that saying that windows has just recovered from a unexpected shut down. it then says that It is checking for a solution to the problem, then it says that no solutions can be found. It is driving me crazy. Several windows messages come up saying that a programmes like windows media center or hp pc Health check has been closed to prevent harm to your computer. Next problem!! It also keeps on shutting down IE and not responding then when i try to close it down it freezes and I have to get up task manager to shut the thing down! I though that it was because i updated to IE8 so I then downloaded firefox and the same thing happens again, it keeps on shutting the pages down. I have no idea what to do and I was hoping that one of your guys can.
