    blue screen problem...hardware?

    Hi guys,

I have a blue screen problem. Before you say anything, I have searched the forum for similar issues. Although I have found a lot of topic on blue screen problems, none is similar to mine.

I dont know how this could be. Everything was fine, and all of a sudden, I start up my computer one day...it goes to desktop for like 1 min and then blue screen. I didnt install any new programs or hardware. I can run safemode with networking fine... which is how I can write on this forum. Here is what is says on safemode

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 3b
    BCP1: 00000000C000001D
    BCP2: FFFFFA600DE94D30
    BCP3: FFFFFA600C160020
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_0_6001
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1
Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini011910-17.dmp
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-44054-0.sysdata.xml
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\WERC57F.tmp.version.txt

I dont mind buying a recovery disk...but will it help? I just hope its not a physical issue with the PC. By the way I use window vista home edition

press f9 or f8 when starting the computer and select "last good configuration" OR you might need to run a dskchk /r for a windows repair.. but try last good configuration first.. then will see

After every blues screen windows create so called mini dump files located at following directory:
    C:\Windows\Minidump
In this particular folder you will find files with extension .dmp
Please attach those files to you next post and I will analyze them for you and let you which software/hardware may be causing your blue screen

It needs to be in .zip form. Just regular old zip format nothing fancy. If you can boot into safe mode that alone is telling me its a driver issue. The dump file that you post will be able to verify what the actual problem.

When you reply to a post click on a little paper clip, and upload as a zip file not rar....
If upload screen does not come up first time double click the paperclip and you should be OK
Then click on manage attachments and it should be embedded in your post

    Re: blue screen problem...hardware?

    Hello xxfunguyxx,
The first thing you need to do is to update ALL your drivers, video, sound, and chipset.
I only had time to check the first 7 dump files and these point to "int15_64.sys" as the problem, this can be caused by "System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory".
Update all your drivers and get back to us.
Good luck and post your results.
