Help! Memory_management bsod

i was reinstalling everything after a format and this BSOD randomly popped on my screen. can someone help me decode this?

*i could not find the last two files for some reason. maybe it had to do with it being in the "temp" folder

Run memtest86+ to check your RAM. Were you doing anything particularly stenuous, as this BSOD can be caused by not enough power to the system. This BSOD is usually caused by hardware, but have a look at these two sites:

If this has only just started after a clean install, I would also make sure all your drivers and Quicktime are up to date.

Can you upload the minidump file with your next post, and we will take a look at it, thanks.
C > Windows > Minidump, zip them up and upload them, you may need to save them to your desktop first.

Stoneys-nutz: If you re-name the text file chaosrealm93 uploaded in his previous post to .dmp, you can analyse it normally. I do not know why chaosrealm93 renamed it to .txt, probably to get past the problem of not allowed to upload .dmp files. I have uploaded a copy of the file renamed to .dmp in a zip archive.

Good work, i was waiting to see who would spot that first.

Do you have the latest chipset drivers installed ?.
And why did you format, was it because of BSOD errors ?.

Try removing all but one stick of ram and trying it, swap sticks and try again.
It could be a driver, but after a format and a fresh install ?, i would eliminate the ram first.

no, i have the latest drivers for all my hardware. i ran 1 loop of memtest86+ for the 8GB of RAM and they came back successful.

btw, is memtest86+ v4.00 the newest version? i see a lot of forum posts saying 2.11 is the newest

You need to run Memtest a lot longer, maybe over night to get proper results.
I would remove a stick of ram and try the system, until you have gone past the point where you would normally get a BSOD, then try another, i have found its the best way to eliminate ram from a problem system.

so is v4.00 the newest?

I have never used it, so i dont know, try to Google it, or go to their site.
