BSOD dump help

Hi all

Would really appreciate a few pointers on where best to go with a BSOD problem.
Just started happening at random and whenever I put an SD card into the (Dell) monitor.
Running Vista Business.

Ran Memtest which crashed on startup until I removed one of the two 2GB GSkill sticks of memory. Memtest said the remaining stick is fine. But putting an SD card in to test it still caused a BSOD.

I'll run a disc check next.

Haven't checked all voltages. I'll do that next....

Zipped dump file attached.

Many thanks in advance.

Mike

Update

Disc check says no problems

Voltage - BIOS says OK Vcore=1.28. DDR18V=1.88, 3.3V=3.31, 12V=12.11

Hi,

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
STOP: 0x00000050

Usual Causes: Memory - Try without the defective stick of RAM
System Service - Try Last Known Good Configuration
Anti Virus or Corrupt NTFS volume - unlikely

It sounds very much like a bad stick of RAM. Take it out and see if this solves problem. Make sure other stick is not defective. Replace under warranty if you can.

Thanks for that. After trying various combinations with Memtest, I am quite confident that the problem was one 2Gig stick.
Interesting interpretation of Gskill's "lifetime warranty" here in NZ. Apparently it means two years and I missed out by a month!

Cheers
