bsod bad pool header

HI! I'm a newbie what do I do about bdod error message bad pool header -----20 ?
Thanks in advance! I have not installed any new hardware

1. Have a look at http://www.vistax64.com/general-discussion/218957-how-ask-help.html

2. Download and run http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/176785-vistaforums-sysinfo-tool.html, Select All, and Export to a file.

3. Upload the report and the Minidump file(s) that should be in C:\Windows\Minidump

First of all, in future please post a reply within this message thread (just click Reply below), rather than starting a new one each time. A new thread should be used only when reporting a new problem.

Then you need to upload the report file you created in the SysInfo tool and the latest minidump file in the C:\Windows\minidump folder. See Vista Forums - FAQ: Reading and Posting Messages for how to upload with your reply.
